Joanna has a B.A. from Ithaca College with majors in English, History and Education.
Joanna started Conde Appraisal Associates in 1988.
Joanna has specialized in the west Phoenix area and central corridor.
Joanna provides appraisals for trusts, estates, fiduciaries, divorces, and takes on assignments where there is no "selling price" to meet...where the clients really want to know the value of the property. Of course, both Wendy and Joanna do typical mortage and refinancing appraisals also.
The firm also specializes in difficult properties that have unusual conditions including horse properties, vacant land and residential properties with two or more buildings. We do manufactured homes that are on owned land.
Prior to becoming an appraiser Ms. Conde was the Marketing Director for a 17 unit Burger King franchise in upstate New York. She was involved in the acquistion of property in order for the franchise to expand and that led her to appraising.
Ms. Conde is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Arizona and therefore can appraise residential properties of any value.
Ms. Conde has served on the Board of Adjustments and the Planning and Zoning Board for the City of Peoria.
Ms. Conde has taken extensive appraisal coursework over the past twenty years and will provide a full resume upon request.
